This policy explains what personal data this website handles, why, and what you can ask of us. It covers larosauae.ae and the messages you send us through it. It is short because the website collects very little.

LAROSA Intelligence is part of LAROSA (Larosa Hardware & Equipment Company Limited), Industrial Area 2, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page.

What this website collects
No accounts, no advertising and no cookies set by us.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. It counts page views and records, in aggregate, the page that referred the visit, the country and the type of device.
Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the site, also processes your IP address and the technical details of each request to deliver pages and protect the site from attack, as any web host does. If its security checks are triggered, it may set a strictly necessary cookie to remember that check.
Everything else the pages need, including fonts, is served from this site. The map is a picture: Google Maps opens only if you click it.
When you contact us
The contact form does not send anything through this website. It opens your own email app with the message written out, and you decide whether to send it.
When you email or call us, we receive what you choose to tell us: usually your name, company, contact details and your message. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to scope and carry out the work. We keep it for as long as the enquiry or the engagement needs it, and as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records.
Programs, models and drawings
Technical material you send us for a study, such as NC programs, CAD/CAM data, and machine, tooling and fixture details, is mostly not personal data. We treat it as confidential all the same.
It is seen only by the engineers working on your job and used only for the engagement it was sent for. It is not reused outside that scope without your written authorisation. If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place first, say so in your first message and we will arrange it before anything is sent.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare, as the host and network provider, and our email and telephone providers, which carry our correspondence. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cloudflare runs a global network, so data about your visit may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates, under Cloudflare’s own data protection commitments.
Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask us:
- for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- to correct it, or to delete it;
- to restrict or stop using it, or to object to its use;
- to send it to you, or to another organisation, in a usable form.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the equivalent rights under the GDPR apply. Email info@larosauae.ae and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
